Rush's Music - Returns Policy

 

Hassle-Free 30 Day Return Policy
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. (See below for a list of procedures and exclusions.)

Please be sure to contact Rush's Music Customer Service for a Return Authorization number prior to sending anything back.

Return Policy Conditions
Returned items must be in original factory fresh condition showing no signs of wear and tear. All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork, cartons and accessories (including owner manuals and warranty card) for a complete refund. Any products not returned in factory fresh condition (e.g. weathered products, missing items, packaging, or paperwork) will be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the value of the equipment only, and do not include shipping charges. Outbound shipping is occasionally free with purchase, but if the item is returned, these shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
All items from the following categories are non-returnable: Copyrighted Material: Sheet music, Books, Videos, Software. Accessories: Cymbals, Drumheads, Drumsticks, Cleaning Supplies, Care Products, Rosin, Reeds, Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, Strings, Pitch Pipes and Ear plugs.

Special Order Policy
We will gladly special order any item available to us from a manufacturer. For special orders over $1000, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The item may be returned within the 30 day return period, but the 25% deposit remains non-refundable.

Return Procedure

To ensure proper credit, be sure to call for a return authorization number and proper return instructions. Contact Rush's Music Customer Service at 865-573-4138 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-2pm EST.


Write the Return Authorization # on the return address label you place on the box. Please do not write directly on the box. Include all original packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a note including your reason for the return.

Returns take approximately two weeks to process once they are received back at Rush's Music. Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card. Check and Money order purchases are refunded by company check.

Merchandise Damaged in Transit
If an item arrives damaged please contact our customer service department for return instructions. We will arrange a UPS pickup of the item for inspection and return to us. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will send out a replacement.

Delivery Refused

If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fee will also be charged back when the item is returned.
