If you're having troubles working through our web store, then this is the place to be!
Let's start with some of the more complicated buys on the site:

1. Rental payments. Now, in order for the shopping cart to accept the payment for your rental, you will be required to enter a few pieces of information.

• First, choose the appropriate instrument
• Enter the number of rental periods that you are paying.
• Enter your account number (this can be found in the lower left corner of your quarterly statement)
• Enter your child's first and last name
• Enter the school they attend
• And lastly choose whether you have the theft coverage or not.

1. Purchase of items. Simply enter the quantity you wish to receive and click the ""order now"" button.
2. Check out. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to check out simply click the ""check out"" button.
3. Now, in order to pay and ultimately receive the products you choose, you must fill out the information form that appears. All fields with (R) are required fields and must be filled in to continue. Not to worry about this information as this and all following screens are encrypted for your safety using this highest encryption available (128bit SSL).
4. You will then be prompted to enter your credit card information to complete the order. You will be billed at this point for all items and shipping.
